Al Aksa Manipulation Physiotherapy & Neuro Rehabilitation Center was established in 2023 in Mohammadpur, Dhaka. We provide physiotherapy for musculoskeletal pain, stroke and paralysis rehabilitation, sports injuries, post-operative stiffness and pediatric disability care.
